LSD Therapy in Las Vegas & Summerlin
What to Know—and What to Try Instead
What is LSD-Assisted Therapy?
LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) is a classic psychedelic compound first synthesized in 1938 and later studied in the 1950s and ’60s for its therapeutic potential. It produces vivid visual experiences, altered states of consciousness, and can lead to deep emotional and spiritual insights when used in the right setting.
Early studies explored LSD’s use in treating depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and existential distress. In recent years, interest in LSD therapy has resurfaced, but it remains a Schedule I controlled substance and is not currently legal for therapeutic use in Nevada or anywhere in the United States.
Is LSD Therapy Legal in Las Vegas?
No. LSD is illegal for clinical use and cannot be prescribed or administered by licensed professionals in Nevada—or in any U.S. state.
We do not offer LSD therapy at our clinic. We do not provide, source, or facilitate access to LSD in any form.
Looking for a Legal Alternative? Consider Ketamine Therapy.
If you’re interested in the healing potential of psychedelic medicine, there is a legal, evidence-based option available right now: ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that produces psychedelic-like effects and has shown powerful results in the treatment of:
- Depression (including treatment-resistant cases)
- PTSD and trauma
- Suicidal ideation
- Anxiety and emotional numbness
At the Las Vegas Center for Psychedelic Therapy, we partner with a board-certified anesthesiologist to provide ketamine infusions, and we offer full-spectrum therapeutic support to help you prepare, process, and integrate the experience for lasting change.
“My experience with psychedelics has been a broadening of the mind, and more importantly, a window into the new perspectives around my own life and my interactions with the others. I’ve had some some of my most profound life insights during my journeys which have helped me overcome roadblocks that I previously could not get past and allowed me to see things in a new light, such that I’m able to progress like I could not previously.
Ultimately I leave those sessions with more love, hope, empathy, and peace.”
Why We Don't Offer LSD Therapy—Yet
We’re passionate about the future of psychedelic-assisted therapy, and we follow the research on LSD, psilocybin, and MDMA closely. If LSD becomes legally available for clinical use in the future, we will evaluate its safety, efficacy, and potential role in our therapeutic offerings.
Until then, we focus on what’s safe, legal, and effective right now. And for many clients, that means ketamine.
